Payment Methods

In order to better serve you and to personalize our services, BeOnMove offers, upon your choice, four payment methods for the payment of your order.

1. Cash on Delivery: payment upon delivery of the order to your place. The payment is made to the partner courier with the delivery of the products in any part of Greece you want your order to be shipped to. The cost of cash on delivery is 2€ per order.

2. Debit – Credit card : payment via your credit or debit card of type [Visa or Mastercard, … ] through its services Eurobank Ergasias, the security system of which is one of the safest in the world.

3. Paypal : payment via Paypal account. If you have a Paypal account, you can securely complete your order by selecting Paypal. All types of cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express) are accepted.

4. Through bank account / bank transfer:

* If you choose to pay the price by bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need to make the bank deposit money immediately after the completion of the order. This can be done either through your bank’s website, via e-banking, by phone or directly in a bank shop.

* Repayment = disbursement / settlement in full   is made through the following cooperating banks. Then send an email with the deposit receipt to confirm your payment and proceed your order.The discounting of your order will take place in one of the following bank accounts we work with:

It should be noted that BeOnMove reserves the right to refuse to surrender or place an order by a customer (natural or legal person) with whom a court dispute is pending.

Methods of shipping / delivery of products

The selected products are sent to the address indicated in the “Delivery” step during your order through by the partner [Elta Courier].

The delivery time of the products takes place within [1-4 working days] from the date of completion of your order. Delivery times can be increased in case of holidays. For orders made through bank deposit, delivery time begins to count after confirming the payment.

Force majeure: In cases of force majeure or in cases where liability cannot be attributed to the company, BeOnMove is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) and as a Elta Courier is entitled to an extension of the time for execution.

Shipping charge:

• For orders of a value below 60 the cash on delivery fee amounts depend by the region and the weight. On average is 3,50€ per order.

• Free for orders worth more than 60€ (heavy products such as ballet bars are excluded)

Cancellation /returns policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

BeOnMove reserves the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

In case the product has not been sent, you should contact the customer service department at e-mail ([email protected]).

If your order has been shipped, you can return it with the same courier according to our instructions and the return costs will be paid by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery All Over the World

Delivery of orders in countries outside the European Union may involve additional costs for the recipient (taxes, duties, etc.) according to the legal status of each country or region to which the parcel is delivered.
Please inform your local authority beforehand of any additional costs that may arise upon delivery of your order.

If you do not receive the order abroad and because due to high customs clearance / repatriation costs it can not be returned to us, your money can not be refunded.

Product return

  • BeOnMove reserves the right to return our products within 15 working days, justifying the reason for their return. 
  • Our customers can return our products in order to replace/change them with the same or different size of the same product and to change/replace them with another product of their choice, always provided that stocks are available and that the product to be returned should not be used and placed within its original packaging.
  • The cost of transport changes is borne by the customer (3.5 €‎).
  • The cost of the reshipment are borne by the customer (3.5 €‎)
  • Change costs are added to the new cash payment (+€2) if there is a difference.
  • For hygiene reasons our company does not accept returns on tights, socks, underwear, swimwear and jewelry, unless they are faulty. All products returned to our company’s warehouses are subject to thorough inspection.
  • In case you wish to buy a discount product, you should take into account that it cannot be changed or returned. We do not accept returns/exchanges on BLACK FRIDAY offers and products purchased using DISCOUNT CODES. Changes are ONLY accepted to the size in this case. The costs of the change and resend shipping are borne by the customer (7€‎)

Refund

The refund will be made within 15 working days, from the date we receive the product, by deposit in the bank account indicated by the customer. The customer will be charged with the cost of returning the product.

Regarding the refund on behalf of our company, It should be noted that the following conditions (should) have to be respected cumulatively:

  1. The product and the box accompanying it should be in their original state and have not been damaged or suffer other defects.
  2. Regarding the refund of your money you must send us the product which must be accompanied by the corresponding documents received by the customer upon receipt (receipt, invoice) as well as the relevant form (withdrawal declaration form) received with the product.
